Welcome our nice lovers of cooking to another instant pot recipe, you’re going to try, and it’s for barbecue chicken and the ingredients that you’re going to be using. You have one of the large packs of boneless, skinless chicken thighs, and the rest of the ingredients are barbecue sauce. honey, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.

INGREDIENTS\DIRECTIONS:

You’ll be adding about 3/4 cup of water to this recipe. Don’t forget to stick your water, but anyway the first thing that you’re going to do is stir up the sauce that you’re going to cook in these chicken thighs, So that is one and a half cups of barbecue sauce and then you’re going to add a half a cup of honey, 2 teaspoons of mustard, 50 spoons of the Worcestershire sauce a little salt & pepper to this mixture.

Now you’re going to whisk this mixture together and get it well combined. Now in a large bowl, we’re going to fit the chicken thighs in the bowl and you’ll pour this barbecue sauce mixture over top of the chicken using a pair of tongs, we’re just going to turn the chicken thighs to cuddle in that barbecue sauce.

now we’re going to take off the chicken thighs and the liquid as well and empty them into the inside part now you’re going to place the lid into the spot, you’re going to set the pressure valve to the seal position and you should to go down to the manual button and go down to 15 minutes, you’re allowing to come up to pressure and once the clock ticks down and kicks off

We’re going it’ll go to the warm State and you’ll hit cancel and then you’ll do a quick pressure release and you’ll bring you all back then. Okay!! all let’s move in closer and see what this looks like, we think it looks pretty and has a good smell, so what you’re going to do now is remove all in chicken thighs over into another dish.

and then, you’re going to add a cornstarch mixture to thicken up the liquid that’s left in the instant pot you have your chicken removed and now, you’re going to make your cornstarch mixture and you have 3 tablespoons of cold water and you’re going to add the equal amount of cornstarch.

Next, you need to hit the saute button on the instant pot and allow the liquid to come up to a rolling boil. Your liquid is come up to a boil, so you’re going to add the cornstarch mixture, and you’re going to immediately start whisking because it is going to thicken up fast, you’re just going to continue to whisk that around real quick till thickens and it’s already thick,

So now you’re going to hit the cancel button and this is how it looks afterwards you all and you’re going to cook some white rice because there’s plenty of that glazy sauce on this chicken it would be great served over rice and you’ll probably fix another vegetable go with it and that’s a complete meal.
