Next, make sure your chicken is nice and dry, and then you’re going to drizzle your 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Using Montreal seasoning, you’re going to be adding about 4 teaspoons along with 2 teaspoons of paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic, salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and also going to be adding cayenne pepper, so that’s about half a teaspoon. Now we’re ready to make sure your chicken is nice and coated with your seasoning.

Now, you’re ready to begin cooking, so start cooking the potatoes and place them in a pot with water, keeping the peel.
