So in a bowl, we’re going to mix two cups and two tablespoons of all-purpose flour, add half a teaspoon of salt, and one cup of powdered sugar, and just mix all of this together. This will make a nice vanilla crust.

Now it’s Time to prepare the filling :
1)- Add half a cup of all-purpose flour and two and a half cups of granulated sugar mix this nice and even
2)-Crack seven large eggs into the bowl for this recipe. We’re using fresh lemons and we’re going to use one cup of fresh lemon juice, which is about four to five lemons.
3)-Whisk all the ingredients together to combine, but just don’t over-mix them.
The baked crust is now ready, and now you’re going to just pour the filling on top of the crust and bake it for about 18 to 22 minutes, or until it’s relatively set. Once it’s done, you can remove it from the oven and cool it for about 15 to 20 minutes on the counter, then refrigerate it until cold and firm.
For now, we’re going to top it off with some powdered sugar and then cut it into squares. You can store these in the refrigerator for up to a week or you can freeze them in the freezer for about three to four months. If you love the lemon taste and you want to make it a bit stronger, you can, also add some lemon zest to the filling, but just make sure to add only a little bit.
